why gopios is not another Linux distribution like Debian, Redhat or Arch

GOPI OS is a solution and tool for general people to do ordinary jobs, tat is why General Ordinary purpose intuitive operating system.

People at there job, students at there class, business persons- noone cares which kernel is there under the hood, they want applications to work and expects continues to work.

users do not want to update the os, they need to update the tools and softwares they use (Windows XP would be enough if XP can support updated browsers, softwares and easy installable driver to support new device )

so I do not care which os I use I want an stable os, better if it comes preinstalled, better it do not crash, better it do not collect data (even telemetry) telemetry only for os developers.

good operating system should not have software or tool as a part of it so that the os do not get an excuse to update rather os should provide needed stable api and abi for the software and tools. os can be bundled with softwares and tools provided they are contained, updatable, unable to modify boot or os.

further development of gopios core is stuck for funding, needs modification on GAS (GNU Assembler).
